 a lot of dirt to get Gateway Park ready for its Sept. 30 grand opening.  S
 cott will discuss the new park and other work underway by the Parks Distri
 ct\, and</p>\n<p>Rob Manahan\, Peninsula School District Superintendent\, 
 will give us a back-to-school report. (Rand Wilhelmson had agreed to appea
 r\, but had a conflict\, so Mr. Manahan will be our “substitute.”  Superin
 tendent Manahan is shaking up the PSD with the new Facility Committee and 
 other new ideas he has brought to the District.</p>
