Support Our Schools – Vote by February 10
February means Special Elections, and ballots are due by February 10. This election is especially important for maintaining funding for our local schools.
Levy funding helps support essential programs and services that are not fully funded by the state, including staff and resources that directly support students and classrooms.
- Pierce County: LD26 has endorsed Peninsula School District No. 401 – Prop. 1, Replacement Educational Programs & Operations Levy
- Kitsap County: Bremerton School District also has a Replacement Educational Programs & Operations (EP&O) Levy on the ballot
These levies require a simple majority to pass—but February elections historically have low turnout, which means every vote truly matters.

Recommendation: Plan to return your ballot early by mail or drop it at an official drop box to avoid last-minute issues.
