    NOTE: This is an In-Person meeting! Please do not attend if you feel ill or have any concerning symptoms. We encourage all to be current on their vaccinations and wear N-95 masks if immunocompromised.

    Save Secular Healthcare’s stated goal is: To expand access to affordable, comprehensive, and equitable healthcare for everyone and to increase oversight and accountability for all healthcare systems operating in WA. Susan is a long-time consultant and activist known for “Helping educators, parents, and community members make a difference every day”.

  • Volunteers needed: Gig Harbor Maritime Festival

    Join us for a fun community event and represent the 26th LD Dems and Indivisible Gig Harbor on Saturday, June 3! Please sign up to volunteer by following the link here.

    Maritime Festival Parade 2022

    Parade: Line up at 9 AM; begins at 10 AM. More details to come!

    Booth: You can sign up for a 2-hour shift ranging from 8 AM to 8 PM. This is a great chance to meet new people!

  • Public Hearing: Group Living Shelter in Kitsap County

    The Kitsap County Hearing Examiner has set the following date and time to review and discuss the ACUP permit for the Pacific Building: May 25 @ 9:00 AM

    Project Description: Establish a Group Living shelter facility for Kitsap County residents experiencing homelessness. This project will upgrade the site and re-purpose the existing 20,040 square foot building into a 75-person residential shelter facility with 24-hour, 7-days a week staffing and supportive services. The facility will be closed to the public with no walk-in services.
